RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. We guarantee satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not pleased with a product, feel free to return it, kindly WhatsApp us at 0320-9467645

2. At My Fragrances, we offer a 7 days exchange and return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your fragrance must not be used more than 5%.

3. We process all return and exchange requests promptly, typically within 5 to 7 working days.

4. Please note, delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.

5. Customers are responsible for any delivery charges incurred for exchanging products.

6. In cases of damage or leakage we will cover all delivery charges related to the return and exchange.

7. To initiate a return, please contact us at 0320-9467645 or myfragrances24@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will guide you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

8. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
